I can be grown, and I can be bought.
I can be painted, or left bare.
I can be round, or square.
What am I?

4. I’m full of holes, yet I’m full of water. What am I?

I know this is England, and cold, freezing weather is normal, but snow in March isn't normal at all. Snow in December, January and possibly early February is normal (for England), but definitely NOT March!! Here's a picture of snow in March in England:
